“My recent exploration suggests this property has undergone significant, positive renovations, leaving rooms feeling fresh and thoughtfully appointed, a stark contrast to a time when hospitality felt more personal. Its location on Hilton Head is undeniably convenient for exploring the area, and the self-service approach, while different, appears to be working well for many. While some minor technical glitches with the TV were noted, the overall impression is one of solid value and an improved guest experience.”
